SINCERELY SIGNS RESERVATION POLICY

  Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice in order to confirm/hold your date.

• Order requests must be received 1 week prior to your event/birthday..
• Payments  can be made through Venmo OR Credit Card
• By  placing a reservation with Sincerely Signs, LLC, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined. 
• You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
• We do not set up in backyards.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.  Thank you for your understanding. 

• Deliveries usually are in the evening and can be as early as 6:00 p.m. or as late as after 8:00 p.m.
• We  cannot deliver during turbulent weather (e.g. thunder/lightning storm, tornado watch/warning, hail, blizzard). If weather becomes an issue, we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements or issue a refund.
• We  reserve the right to photograph your yard card display and use it for marketing or other purposes.
• All  yard card setups include an advertising sign for Sincerely Signs, LLC.  This may not be altered or moved. 

• For our safety, please be sure someone at the home or location knows we will be delivering. 
• Pets  need to be secure inside the home or a fenced area. Outside pets may cause  a disturbance during set up and ruin a surprise. 
• Pet  waste needs to be removed from the yard prior to installation.
• Turn off the sprinkler system for the evening. 

• All reservations are weather permitting. Frozen ground  can make installation difficult and will be assessed throughout the  winter.
• If  we are not able to install your card due to severe weather, you may apply that payment to another date or have a refund issued.
• Severe  weather may include: severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds,      excessively cold wind chills, hail, blizzards and/or tornado warnings.

• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. The display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. 
• Please take PRIDE in your lawn display and treat it with respect. DO NOT move the      items. Please DO NOT pull signs from the ground.
• DO  NOT allow any lawn maintenance to occur near the cards. Grass clippings will stick to the cards and stain them. Weed eaters can cause significant damage as well.
• Do  not throw lawn displays in the garbage or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display (or the person you gifted it to does not like it), these items are OUR property and business. It is best to notify the honoree (or someone in the household) to not harm the display, as you are responsible for it. 
• Please protect the inventory from any damage that might be caused by flying      debris from lawn mowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers may cause      damage as well. 
• Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. 
• You are encouraged to pose next to the display to photographs of your celebration. Please tag us or use the hashtag #SincerelySigns on social media so we can see the joy! 
• Sincerely  Signs, LLC  and all representatives are not responsible for or liable  for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
• We  are not responsible for vandalism in the form of the yard greeting being      altered to inappropriate or profane language. 
• We  reserve the right to photograph our cards and use them for marketing      purposes and advertising. 

• If you must cancel your reservation prior to 24-hours  before set-up, you can choose to receive ½ of your booking rate as a  refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking  date within 6 months, based on availability. 
• In  the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up lawn displays. Inclement weather includes severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, excessively cold wind chills, hail, blizzards and/or tornado warnings. In these circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a different date.
• No  refunds will be given due to a client giving us the wrong address.
• No  refunds will be given due to the recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.
• No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. 
• No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display upon arrival that are out of our control.
